1. Service Booking


  • You can book a repair service through our website or by calling us.
  • Once booked, our technician will contact you to confirm the date and time.
  • Please make sure someone is available at the given address during the scheduled time

2. Service Charges


  • We charge a visiting fee, which will be told to you at the time of booking.
  • If you go ahead with the repair, the visiting fee will be adjusted in the final bill.
  • Prices for parts (if needed) will be discussed with you before repair.

3. Warranty?


  • We provide a 48 Hours service warranty for our repairs (unless told otherwise).
  • Warranty is only for the service done, not for the entire product or old issues.
  • Physical damage or misuse after repair is not covered.

4. Cancellation


  • You can cancel the service up to 1 hour before the visit with no charge.
  • If our technician has already started traveling or reached your place, the visiting fee will apply.

5. Safety & Trust


  • All our technicians are verified and trained.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings while the technician is at your home.

6. Customer Responsibility


  • Provide correct information at the time of booking.

7. Payment


  • Payments can be made by cash, UPI, or other digital methods after service is completed.
  • You will get a bill or receipt for the service done.

8. Disputes or Complaints


  • If you're unhappy with our service, you can contact our support team.
  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.
