2. Service Charges
- We charge a visiting fee, which will be told to you at the time of booking.
- If you go ahead with the repair, the visiting fee will be adjusted in the final bill.
- Prices for parts (if needed) will be discussed with you before repair.
3. Warranty?
- We provide a 48 Hours service warranty for our repairs (unless told otherwise).
- Warranty is only for the service done, not for the entire product or old issues.
- Physical damage or misuse after repair is not covered.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel the service up to 1 hour before the visit with no charge.
- If our technician has already started traveling or reached your place, the visiting fee will apply.
5. Safety & Trust
- All our technicians are verified and trained.
- Please take care of your personal belongings while the technician is at your home.
